Unmarked die struck silver.

WW1 - SCOTTISH REGIMENTS LARGE KILT PIN

Proper piece for securing the kilt at the waist as Great War kilts mainly had no buckles and instead were fastened by these robust oversize kilt pins.
I see many purporting to be WW1 , many are not , this is !!

Rare officers bi metal cap badge unique to the 4t / 5th Btns.
Uncleaned with nice age patina but will clean up nicely if desired. No rubbing or damage.

Wartime original.
Wool diced band with a few small moth nips.
Original to it cap badge, this I've left with it's untouched, age toning.
Lining has had the crown part deliberately torn out by the soldier so possibly used in a hot climate ?
Painted " KOSB " and number stencilled inside so directly attributed to them.

2 nice condition enamel mufti badges relating to the Norfolk Rgt.
One with " 1st V.B. Norfolk Reg. Veteran ". Maker mkd. to rear Vaughtons Bhm.They served in the Boer War.
