1968 DTD. US - M1 - VIETNAM HELMET - DRILL SGT - DETAILED LINER
Great D. S.'s helmet dating to right in the middle of the Vietnam war.
The liner is particularly interesting confirming it belonged to a Drill Sgt as it bears a decal to one side with the American army motto " This We'll Defend ", a red band running round the lower shell and a metal Sgt's stripes device to the front.
Liner is the P64 type ( 1964 - 74 ) and is 1968 dated.
