GERMAN 3RD REICH 1936 BERLIN OLYMPICS BADGE - VET BRINGBACK

Exceptional condition and one of a number of vet bring backs I recently bought direct from the family.
This was the official badge for the 1936 summer Olympics held in Berlin.
Gilded metal with white enamel inlay, this is often age toned to cream however this one retains it's white colour and also the gilding is still bright.

Scarce early pre war example with maker details as well as " Ges Gesch ".
Usually there are no maker details, however this one has " Boerger & Co - Berlin , S.O.16 ".

Rare sword in the German pattern as used by Turk officers in the Great War.
Silver plated brass scabbard with fishtail end.
Almost all finish remaining with a little rust/ finish loss on the end.
