Extremely rare Great War Scottish Pattern o/r's tunic.
I don't think this one could be bettered.
Beautiful condition .
Highland cut away front for wear with the kilt.
Made by Moore and Taggart of Glasgow.
Very good size for WW1 being approx. 38/40 chest.

A very clean untouched and unmessed with 1st Pattern Fairbairn Sykes.
Full length blade , not shortened.
Correct " S " cross guard for the 1st Pattern.
Etched panels very clear.
Nice deep knurling to the handle as found on the earliest examples.
Couple of black marks next to the W.S. panel and a couple on the blade near the tip. These I believe will clean off...  read more
