ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HLDRS. - INDIA SERVICE HELMET - OFFICERS GILT CAP BADGE

From my personal collection of Argylls items built up over 50 years.
Officers badge in gilt for wear exclusively on the India Pattern sun helmet.
Before we go further, note, this is NOT the centre of an Argylls badge!!
These were purpose made in gilded finish , silver and w/m.
I let a w/m example go last year and it went to a top very knowledgeable collector.in Ireland.
This is the gilded version, in incredible condition.
Retains all it's deep finish.
Pin back. I willlet the photos do the talking
Red felt behind the centre.
There is nothing else to say about this!
Absolutely stunning piece.
Mint condition.
