Rare silver h/m I.D. plate as worn by troops in the trenches in the Great War.
Hallmarked 1918 London silver.
Particularly nice example with well impressed details and sharp jeweller etched Royal Artillery device.
This would have been worn on a leather wrist band.
Silver examples are not easily come by , most being crudely made in w/m.
Nice clear details.
