A total sleeper of an officers High End private purchase Horsemans Knife in fantastic condition .
No rust , blackening or other age related issues.
Retains it's German silver slab sided grips, one bearing the officers name "W.E. Torrance".
These were very popular items in the Boer War and this particular example was one of the more "Top End" ones.
All functions present and in good order and most with the "Trustworthy" Trade Mark and "Mappin & Webb".
Rare item and especially more so in such pristine condition.
