A pair of rare light green wool Senior Ranks puttees as used by Highland Regiments in WW2.
White tapes.
Contemporary photos show these favoured by the Seaforths but it's likely they were also worn by other Regiments ?
Not the regular khaki ones , these are a very distinct light green with white tie tapes.
Condition is good and they came in many years ago and I kept them as I had only seen them in photographs. ( see my pics from Uniforms of WW2 book ).
It's the only pair I've ever had and have never seen for sale elsewhere.
Not your normal £10 puttees !!
