WW2 GERMAN K98 BAYONET WITH LEATHER FROG & MATCHING NUMBERS

This is an excellent example of a K98 bayonet by ASW ( E.F.Horster - Solingen ) with matching numbers and 1941 date to ricasso and scabbard. ( 41 ASW ) and number ( 7930 ).
These same details are present on the scabbard..
C/w it's original leather frog , this is also 1941 dtd.
Most blueing to blade present with some loss from the
internal scabbard springs near the tip.
Point good.
No rust or pitting , very clean blade.
Ribbed bakelite grips.
Pommel retains it's dark colour .
Sprung button working.
Undented scabbard with a rare Waffenampt stamp to the ball finial.
Also matching numbers and maker details to either side of the scabbard top .
Throat screw absent.
Frog leather very good and with no stitching faults.
