WW2 1935 PATTERN OFFICERS RED CAP STAR HAT BADGE

2 piece construction as per officers examples.
Enamel good , nice age toning to the seperately applied hammer and sickle.
Rear prongs absent as is generally the case.
Given to a British officer in Berlin at the end of WW2. and obtained by me personally from his son.
