Outstanding badge I bought decades ago , never tampered with or enhanced, exactly as it came to me from the family.
W/m , fully fretted centre. Nicely shaped for wear on the Tam O Shanter.
Red felt behind the centre to show off the fretting and c/w it's WW1 TOS Regimental tartan patch which has been shaped and fringed round the badge.
Old pink polish residue to back
J.R.Gaunt brass tablet as per WW1 pattern.
Beautiful.
Rare to find them like this now . From my long time Argylls collection.
