RARE 3RD REICH GERMAN ACADEMY OF AERONAUTICAL RESEARCH STICK PIN

One of a number of British vet bring backs I purchased personally from the family.
All were WAF posted and confirmed as genuine excellent examples.
Very rare. German Academy of Aeronautical Research enamelled commemorative badge for the founding of the DAL on July 24, 1936.
Christian Lauer, Nürnberg maker mkd. to back. It remains in near mint condition with a nice bit of age toning to the gilt., with no damage or repairs to the blue enamel.
Knurled pin.This is an extremely rare stickpin, created to commemorate the founding of the German Academy for Aeronautical Research.
