WW2 GERMAN 2ND PATTERN LUFTWAFFE DAGGER - EICKHORN - VET BRING BACK

Eickhorn Luftwaffe dagger c/w it's deluxe hangers and portapee.
Textbook 2nd Pattern.
Good honey coloured handle with no cracks or damage and retaining it's wire binding.
Scabbard with no dents or creases.
Nicely etched Squirrel logo to a clean blade with no rust or pitting.
It’s a complete set with both the hangers and Portepee being original to it.
Eickhorn was a top quality maker , this dagger is no exception.
The swastika on the pommel retains its original gold finish to both front and back.
The handle fittings are aluminum, with a very sharply detailed eagle cross guard.
The zinc-based fittings on the hangers are very detailed with an oak leaf pattern.
Leather cushion inside the cross guard present.
Hangers have all the correct markings " D.R.G.M / U.E.10 " with an RZM mark and are velvet backed.
Portapee is tatty and short but that was how it came.
Nice uncleaned age patina.
WW2 Black Watch vet bring back and bought from the family along with various other German items.
