GERMAN WW2 - DLV OR RLB - ENLISTED MANS / NCO'S BUCKLE WITH 1938 DTD. LEATHER TAB

Good example of the 1st Pattern RLB ( Reichsluftschutzbund ) buckle.
Pebbled brass with silvered finish.
Correct blackened swastika within a laurel wreath with RLB 1927 pattern, political style national eagle above.
C/w with it's original leather tab with makers details and 1938 date.
Maker details are not clear but it looks to me like a Nuremberg maker.
Scarce.
