Earl Henry Scrymgeour Wedderburn is recorded as a Captain in the 17th of Foot in 1858 and was 9th Earl of Dundee..
Age toned and uncleaned since the 19th century.
Has a fixing for a padlock and a stout ring for attaching a leash.
Measures 7 and a half inches in diameter at it's largest setting.
