I believe this to be silver.

Obverse: A four pointed star with a lion couchant over 'INDIA' within a circle in the centre. Reverse: In the centre a ribbon wrapped around an upright sword with the words 'WATCH AND BE SOBER' within a circle inscribed 'ARMY TEMPERANCE ASSOCIATION'.
