AFRIKA KORPS FINGER RING - NIELLO / SILVER

Very good example of a Tunis made Niello ring .
Good size .
These were better quality .
Niello was a black mix, usually of sulphur, copper, silver, and lead, which was then used as an inlay. This has been used to surround the typical palm tree and Swastika with DAK 1941.
Stamped to inside with a well detailed shield , a bit like a Coat of Arms ?
Arab scenes to shanks.
Scarce.
V.G.C. and hard to come by these days.
