GERMAN M35 SINGLE DECAL PARADE FINISH ARMY HELMET - NS64

Super helmet and rare to find one with the early smooth parade finish dark green paint .
The silver army decal is in good shape and has toned to a nice golden colour.
Size 57 liner with owners initials.
NS 64 shell with batch no. 5864. Brian Ice's helmet book confirms this helmet configures exactly as to how it left the factory in late 1937.
Both liner and chinstrap are great, the chin strap being maker mkd. and dated 1940. Original draw string.
Helmets like this are scarcely encountered, never refinished in field grey or reissued.
Letter of authenticity from Bill Shea included.
