WW2 K.O.S.B. (KINGS OWN SCOTTISH BORDERERS) GLENGARRY

Wartime original.
Wool diced band with a few small moth nips.
Original to it cap badge, this I've left with it's untouched age toning.
Lining has had the crown part deliberately torn out by the soldier so possibly used in a hot climate ? Painted "KOSB" and number.
inside.
No tails or touree but a good 100% original to the KOSB confirmed by the painted letters.
