WW1 51ST HIGHLAND DIVISION BRODIE HELMET - 8TH. ARGYLLS

Rare 2nd pattern Brodie with 4 vertical lines for the 8th Argylls.Div. stripes to both sides of the helmet.These have been originally red but have faded to almost black.
Liner good condition but loose. Red Brodie stamp. Chin strap partially present and impressed with ( size ) 7.Most rough paint finish present to exterior. Felt crown pad good with no moth damage.
Very rare helmet with these markings.
